TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND CUSTOMERS,

My heart and prayers go out to everyone affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. In the light of having the end of our ski season cut short by the virus, I am asking you to remember to follow the Snomax® injection system end of season cleaning and antifreeze regime so your injection system is ready for the start of the next snowmaking season. Many of you were actively making snow right up until your season was cut short and you may have Snomax® leftover. If you need to carry Snomax® over to the next season, we ask that you place the Snomax® in a freezer that will not have the power cut during any summer shutdowns (Please Note: Snomax® can safely be stored for years in a residential frost-free freezer).

In addition to service work, Snomax® typically spends our spring and summer meeting you at tradeshows and in-person visits to your area. For the foreseeable future, we don’t plan to travel so we suggest that we meet over the phone to work on optimizing the application of Snomax® to lower your cost per acrefoot when making snow. We also want to ensure that all your needs are met so next season we are ready for all the snow sport customers looking to get some fresh air and go back to nature this fall.
